Fitting Options

Iron-On: Place the patch in the desired position and apply heat using an iron, following suitable heat and fabric guidelines.

Sew-On: For maximum security and durability, particularly on frequently washed or heavily used items, the patch can also be sewn securely into place.

Please note: This is an embroidered patch and not a printed transfer. Colours and stitching may vary slightly from the product photograph due to the embroidered manufacturing process.

Iron-On Application Instructions

These instructions only apply to patches that are supplied with an iron-on backing. Please check the individual product description before attempting to iron your patch onto a garment.

1. Place the patch in the desired position.
2. Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth or baking parchment.
3. Preheat your iron to the Cotton setting (no steam).
4. Press firmly onto the patch for 30–40 seconds.
5. If possible, turn the garment inside out and iron the reverse for 20–30 seconds.
6. Allow the patch to cool completely before use.

For garments that are washed frequently, heavy-duty workwear, motorcycle clothing or uniforms, we recommend sewing around the edge after ironing for maximum durability.

Sew-On Patches

If your patch is supplied as a sew-on version, simply position it where required and stitch securely around the border using a matching thread. Sew-on patches are often recommended for heavy-use garments, uniforms and items that are washed regularly.
