Delivery & Dispatch Information
We offer free standard UK delivery on orders placed through our website. An express delivery option is available at checkout for £5.99.
Processing and dispatch times
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 working days.
Personalised embroidered patches are made to order and may take up to 3 working days to produce before dispatch.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.
Delivery times
Dispatch times refer to the time needed to prepare your order and are not delivery guarantees. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping service and destination.
If you have a deadline for an award presentation, event or special occasion, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your requirements.
