Honour Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet, with this Burns Night 25th January embroidered patch. Featuring a portrait-style illustration of the poet, a purple thistle and the Scottish Saltire.

Iron/Sew on application instructions
Position the patch on a clean, dry, heat-safe fabric. Check the garment care label before applying heat. Cover the patch with a thin cotton pressing cloth and press firmly with a dry iron at a temperature suitable for the fabric, working in short intervals. Do not slide the iron. Allow it to cool fully before checking adhesion. Avoid direct heat on delicate or unsuitable fabrics.
Important: Iron-on adhesive is not a permanent fixing. Every patch must also be secured with a few stitches around the edge, including when ironed on, to keep it firmly attached through wear and washing. For heat-sensitive garments, sew the patch on without ironing.
